i loved the multiple pools there are so many options for swimming i also found the private beach access quite convenient the breakfast buffet was extensive it included many choices. the room service was prompt every order arrived quickly i especially liked the attentive staff throughout the hotel they were always ready to assist.
the gym equipment showed some wear and tear i spotted a slightly damaged treadmill

The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent selection of items.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I had to request a technician to fix it, though it still wasn't powerful enough. It made sleeping very difficult.
